The Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) welcomes individual, ordinary, and associate members to join its community. Ordinary members are individuals or organisations working with disabilities who actively participate or collaborate with SDSC programs and events, benefiting from specialized training and support. Associate members, on the other hand, are individuals or organisations who support the mission of the SDSC and contribute to the development of disability sports in Singapore through donations, sponsorship, or volunteer work.

Application form to become an Ordinary / Associate / Individual member

Any Council, Association, Institution, Society, Club, Organisation or other body, voluntary or otherwise which caters to education, welfare and training of persons with disabilities in Singapore may apply for Ordinary Membership.

Any Council, Association, Institution, Society, Club, Organisation or other body, voluntary or otherwise which promotes sports or sporting activities in Singapore and registered under any relevant government register in Singapore may apply for the Associate Membership.

All persons aged 21 years and above may apply for Individual Membership. Consent from Parent/Guardian is required for persons below 21 years old. If you have any questions on the membership application, please email to membership@sdsc.org.sg

Please complete this form to become an Ordinary / Associate / Individual member. We will notify the status of all applications via email. Upon approval of your application, the membership fees must be paid within one (1) month of the invoice date via PayNow or bank transfer.

All membership applications will be subjected to approval by the SDSC Board.
